Is Taking Azoran And Glycomet Advisable For Calcium And Auto Immune Deficiency?

I am suffering of Auto Immune effecting me with B12 & Calcium deficiency but mainly effected me by Vitiligo. 1.) How to correct Auto Immune permanently ? 2.) I am being treated with Azoran, Glycomet & HCQS twice a day since 3 years. White patches mostly stopped increasing but not reducing much. Also I am advised Vitix and melgain lotion. Please advice on

The treatment that you are receiving for the white patches is the correct one, vitiligo definitely requires immunosuppression, please have some patience surely the spread of the white patches will stop.
