Is Taking Codeine Sulfate Safe For Pain Relief Caused After Giving Radiation?

I m an Diabetic and a cancer patient , I ve been in remission for a little over a year, of course I m still having severe pain from the Raidation , I also have a fatty liver and I went in yesterday to do my 3 month blood work and asked for some type of pain medication to take for the pain I m having. So they called me in Codeine Sulfatet 30 mg, but beside it , It says Roxan , my concern is what is all in it, I was told it had Morphine and oxycodone in it as an ingredient, so I would like to know if this is true because I don t want to take anything that could harm my liver , so is it safe for me to take?
