Is Taking Cyclogest Instead Of Duphaston Safe During Pregnancy?

Hi doc.im concived after five years.having one missed abortion in 6 weeks of pragnancy bcoz im concived with medicines. But now im concived naturally.im now in 9 week. Doc gave me duphaston. Folic and ferti-c injections weekly. But some how im travalling to another city. Here doc give me same folic acid. Same injec but she change duphaston to cyclogest.(for back passage) What is safe for my baby.plz rpl me as soon as possible.

Duphaston contains active ingredient 'dydrogesterone', which is a synthetic hormone and used to treat several conditions that are caused due to lack of progesterone.
Cyclogest pessaries contain the active ingredient progesterone. Hence, you can use this medication instead. Kindly take the dosage as advised for the specified period. Take care to eat healthy food and drink good quantity of fluids.
