Is Taking Cymbalta Along With Lorazepam And Cyclobenzaprine Safe?

I presently take 60 mg cymbalta twice a day for neuropathy, lorazepam 1 mg 1-3 x per day as needed for Anxiety/panic attacks, and now added cyclonbenzaprine 5 mg for back spasms, cramps, and pain. Any problems, serious side effects in mixing these three? Any dangers?
