Is Taking Deviry Safe To Get Periods?

hii..i got married two months back...i got my periods last month but this month the periods havent yet come.. i have done the urine pregnancy test 3 times n its negative..i had consulted a doctor who suggested me to take Deviry 10mg for 5 days n told i'll get my periods within 10 days after completing the tablets..Is it safe to use these tablets??
