Hi,
You had delayed periods without pregnancy. Tab. Deviry was given to you to induce periods, this will start a normal menstrual hormonal cycle which in turn can have ovulation and possible conception in next month. Thus, Deviry just clears period with possible ovulation un next cycle and sex during ovulation day increases possibility of conception.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
