Is Taking Folate Safe With This Blood Test Result During Pregnancy?

Hi thank you for that I am nearley 4 week pregnant ,did my blood test my hb is 118g/l,but mcv is 73fl,mch pg,mchc 314g/l.And I am taking folate 1 week before .is it a concerning issue.could you please help me.my DR asked me to to do iron binding too

I really appreciate your concern, have a more green leafy vegetables and balance diet and you can have the folic acid tablet too but more is to pay attention towards green leafy vegetables hope this information helps.
