Is Taking Gefitinib And Morphine Together Advisable?

My mother a 63 yr old non smoker was recently diagnosed with lung cancer which as per the PET scan has spread to the brain , adrenal glands , left femur and D3 vertebra.



She has been prescribed morphine sulphate 10 mg for the pain. However she still hasnt started taking it.



Just today she was started on Geftinib 250mg.



Presently the only painkiller she is on is Diclofanic.



Could you kindly advise if Getfinib and morphine could be given together ?
