Is Taking Glycomet And Kombiglyze Safe For Pain And Blood In Urine?

i am aged 55 years. certain times urine is excreted with blood colour& with pain.doctor suggested flotral 10mg for 30 days. blood sugar fasting is 184 & pp is 286. S.creatinine is 0.7. when the pain with irritation follows while urinating im using citralka liquid. doctor suggested komblize 5mg/500mg 1 tablet before food,&glycomet 850 during night. since 4 days this combination i have been using. i am a lady. kindlr tell me your suggestions. padma nellore ap.

Hello,

As far as I can see from your medical history, you suffer of many health problems. Let's go through them one by one:
- you are having diabetes (high blood sugar levels), that is being correctly treated with Komblize and glucomet
- irritation of urine is due to problems with urinary tract, citralka liquid will help ease this irritation
- Flotral is usually used in male patients. However, in case of bladder neck issues, it might be prescribed in female patients.

It is an alpha-adrenergick blocker, that helps relax the muscles in the bladder neck. Thus urination will be less painful.
