Is Taking I-pill After Non Penetrative Sex Safe?

hi sir,after getting loved by my Boyfriend he told me to take I.Pill as he saw some of discharge on my body whicch he thinks may have gone inside my body also.i dont think so as we have not done intercourse. So can you please help us with your suggestion of if i shud take the pill or not?
