Is Taking Ibuprofen Safe After Uteroscopy?

I need to know if my mother can take Ibuprofen800mg after a uretroscopy on Friday. It is now monday 1pm. She is showing symptoms of a kidney infection... She was advised not to take ibuprofen/aspirin related medicine for a week after, but there is no choice at this point and the pain is too bad while waiting to hear back about antibiotics.
