Hello,

Actually, Lactare contains a combination of herbs used to increase milk production. Usually, there is no side effect on babies. This combination will help you increase breast milk.

Eat healthily. Avoid skipping meals. Avoid citrus foods or other foods that will cause gas to your baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
