Is Taking Miliana Safe For Abdominal Pain While Having Corpus Luteum Hemorrhage?

I recently had a corpus leuteus heamorrage..doctors also doubted ectopic pregnancy during the frst ultrasound as i had a severe one sided (right) abdominal pain. I again went fr the ultrasound today n everything seems normal but i still hv mild right side pain n doctor has given me miliana tablet fr 21 ..now its bothering me coz its an oral contraceptive pill..should i tk it??

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you. 
As your second ultrasound is normal you are unlikely to be pregnant or having ectopic gestation. So you can take the drug prescribed by your doctor. Your earlier symptoms could be because of ruptured cyst.
