Is Taking Miralax Safe For Intense Pain In Left Side Of Abdomen?

I was very impacted in my bowels this morning accompanied with a pain on my left side. After 9 hours I was to dig out my problem-felt like I was delivering a baby! I can sit, bowels haven t made any progress. Pain in left still present and painful to touch and movement side to side or getting up from laying or sitting positions. I have taken miralax generic twice, bran cereal, pear, bean and no movement of bowels as well. What more can I do?

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand your concern.
I would suggest you bisacodyl and if constipation still not relieved then kleen enema Per rectum is the ultimate option.
Drinking 8-10 glasses of water per day and doing regular aerobic excersize thirty minute a day five times a week prevent constipation. Avoid antibiotics as widal is not a specific test, rather clinical signs /symptoms are important for diagnosis.
Hope it helps best.
