Is Taking Orilstat For Weight Loss Safe?

i am 30 years old and my wieught is 72kg. i want to use orilstat to reduce my weight. but i have prb of thoyoride,... but its constant. no increase n no decrease... functions properly. if one examine thoroughly then he can examinee that i have this p. roblem. kindly advice me is it best for me or not. or would it affect on my monthly cycle.
