Is Taking Paracetamol 4g In One Dose Harmful?

i took 4g of Paracetamol (Tylonol in the USA) 60 hours ago in single dose. Realising my stupidity I researched this online and am now very worried with so much conflicting advice. The medical information i have found thus far suggests i was indeed very stupid but given my male gender, age of 42 and weight of 70 kg (157 lbs) this represents a dose of 56mg/kg which is well below the 125mg/kg that requires emergency treatment. Your adivce is greatly appreciated.
