Is Taking Pecef And MTnL Tablets Safe After IUI?

I had a severe cold 4 days after iui . not realising went to a general physician instead of asking gynaec and had those common white/pink/yellow tablets for 1 and a half day . since din get any relief went to second physician and took those white/peach color tablets . again no relief os went to 2nd phsician again , and ths time luckily i told him that am TTC . so he gave me mild ones : PECEF 200 & MTnL tablets .is ths going to cause any problem ???
