Is Taking Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride With Topomax Safe?

Hi, I just gave my 14 year old son 2 acetaminopehn 500 mg pills. He has pressure over his nose and at his temples. I want to give him a 12 hour non-drowsy cold relief medicine with pseudoephedrine hydrochloride, but he also takes topomax daily for migraines. Would this be bad to give him a 120 mg pill of cold relief for the nasal pressure?
