Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Yes taking Rosuvas is recommended in patients with high cholesterol, when other measures such as diet, exercise, and weight reduction have not improved cholesterol levels. It contains rosuvastatin which is a drug of statins group which works by inhibiting cholesterol production in body. They are recommended as high cholesterol could give rise to heart problems , stroke & other deadly diseases.
Dietary measures recommended are decrease intake of saturated fats, stop intake of trans fats & increase intake of fibers in diet. Side effects like constipation, nausea, heartburn, dizziness, insomnia, tiredness, loss of appetite, etc could occur.

Consult your doctor if they persists or worsens
Hope this information helps
