Is Taking Stugeron And Nexito Advisable For Vertigo?

My wife is having a problem of Vertigo. It feels like she is traveling in the train or some time it gets roundabouts. Doctor has advice to take Stugeron 25 mg, Nexito LS & Nortimer 25 mg. Does this have any side affects or will these work for her. Please help us.

Stugeron contains the active ingredient cinnarizine, which is a type of antihistamine. It is used for treating motion sickness and symptoms of inner ear disorders causing vertigo.
Nexito contains Escitalopram, which is a SSRI (Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor). It is commonly prescribed for clinical depression, anxiety and panic disorders.
Nortimer contains Nortriptyline, which is a antidepressant, prescribed for treatment of depression.
For the problems she is having, the prescribed drugs should help her to overcome them. Kindly take the medications and do the follow-up as advised.
