Is Taking Supradyn Every Other Day With 10,000 IU Of Vitamin A Harmful In The Long Term?

Hi , I am taking Supradyn tablet after every alternate day to compensate vitamin levels as due to work life imbalance not able to take food on time but Suprdayn has 10000 IU of Vitamin A , so will it affect negatively as it seems to very high dosage as compared with recommended daily intake of Vit A . Please suggest
