Is Taking Tamoxifen Safe For Gynecomastia While Having IBS?

I have completed almost eight months after CABG. I am taking Noklot, Zyrova, Concor & Ecospirin.Recently I have developed a skin ailment as well as gynecomastia. I have been asked to take Tanoxifen 10 mg. every day. I am also subjected to IBS. Please advise how to overcome this problem.

Concor can cause gynecomastia in your case . Tamoxifen can be safely be used successfully for gynecomastia. IBS is not contraindication for use of tamoxifen .
