Is Taking Tylenol With Codeine Safe While On Simvastatin?

I have herniated disc in my neck. Painting is radiating down my right arm. Pain is severe. I am taking 81mg of aspirin, simvastatin 20mg once per day, clopidogrel bisulphate 75mg once a day and metoprolol 50mg half tablet twice daily. This is for a heart condition. I would like to take Tylenol with codeine for pain relieve. Would it be ok with the meds I am on. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
