Is Taking Vozet Safe For Skin Allergies?

I am shraddha and my skin is highly sensitive. last year I had some test done and they diagnose psoriasis i had homeopathic treatment done for a year.now it is better but not fully cured. but the sensitivity towards heat, sunlight is as it was earlier. Also these days i am feeling allergic senssations like itching redning of skin every alternate day it becomes so much that I had to take some medicine for this I am taking vozet every alternate day.is it safe to take this? what is the cause of this allergic reaction ?what can I do?
