Is Taking Antibiotics For Yeast Infection With Cipro Safe?

Hi. I'm taking cipro for a uti and it is starting to give me a yeast infection. This tends to happen on antibiotics so my doctor also gave me some medicine for that. But I still have several days left on my antibiotic. I want to know if it's okay for me to take the yeast infection medicine now or should I wait until I am done with my cipro?
