Is Taking Antitetanis Injection Harmful To The Baby During Pregnancy?

hii..i am living in Sudan where doctors still give 2 shots of antitetanus injections during pregnancy...i had the 2nd shot late during the 25th week of pregnancy cause i was travelling...is there any harm of this injection for the baby at this time as i knew it should be taken earlier??

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion 2 doses of TT injection are necessary during pregnancy usually advised at 5th and 7 th months of pregnancy.But if that period is missed even then the two doses are finished with one month gap before delivery.So dont worry.Its not going to harm.
