Is Taking Double Dosage Of Temodar A Cause For Concern?

My husband is taking 420 mg. of temodar. He takes it for five days and 23 days off. Each of the 5 nights he takes three 140 mg. capsules. Last night he apparently took only two. Tomorrow night is the fifth night, but he has 4 remaining pills. Should he take the fourth pill Sunday night?
