Is Taking Double Dose Of Lamictal A Cause For Concern?

Hi I m pretty sure I ve just accidentally taken my medication twice. I take 75 mg of lamictal morning and evening at 10am/10pm. I couldn t remember if I d taken them or not so took another dose just to be safe at 4am. I m worried, is this dangerous? Sarah

Hi,

In the usual situation, this should not cause any serious effects apart from some drowsiness and unsteadiness. Just skip next dose and be alert in future. If you develops any rash or blurring of vision, kindly consult your doctor.
