dear dr. prabhakar i was passed through ngoplasty before 8 months, im taking medicine regularly. m being unable to do exercise or walk. im taking hot water with lemon and honey that has been improving my cholesteorel. i heard that lemon is harmful for heart patient. is it true or i can continue that i taking. i would glad getting ur suggestion. thank you yours sincerely bipin pokharel kathmandu, nepal

Lemon has good amount VIT C and potassium.
In fact it is good for the heart as it contains potassium.
