Is Taking Rcinex 600 After Breakfast Dangerous?

I had pain in then neck for last 8 months and initially for 5 months doctors treated me for spondyalisis but after i wentto Vellore i was diagnosed and told to get a MRI of the Cervical Spine and from there found out that C1 and C2 bones have been having erosion and tb was suspected as there was a abcyss. Now for the past 4 months i am taking AKT 6 medicines like PAN-D, Combutol 800 , Rcinex 600, Benadon, Ooflaxoxcin, Tizan. One thing i wanted to know is that Rcinex 600 i take after breakfast but i recently showed my report to a doctor in Bangalore who told me i should be having it on an empty stomach. Is that correct and i have been taking it after breakfast for the last 4 months will that be a problem?
