Is Taking Seacure Tablet Safe During Pregnancy?

hi, i m pregenant for 6 weeks. sonography results say it is moved little bit; due to which i m having lower abdominal pain some times; as doctor told the same.

doctor gave me seacure 100 tablet for insertion (not intake) some other tablets for folic acid etc,

just want to know how safe is this tablet?
