Can I Get A Tattoo even though i had heart surgery at 4 months when i was a baby im 20 years old an healthy i do not smoke i work out an i eat healthy i have no coniditions or take any perscriptions i would like to get one in honor of me surviving the surgery Thanks,

Yes, you can comfortably get a tattoo pierced. It is not a problem at all. You had a heart surgery very long back and it doesn't affect tattooing now. So, enjoy your tattoo. But make sure it is hygienic and all the precautions are being followed to prevent any blood borne infections.
