Hi,
welcome to health care magic forum,
yes this condition is curable but with not allopathic mode of treatment as it can give u very quick relief, but that will be temporary, as it is a proven fact that even biotin which is considered best for hair fall problems after stopping its use results in severe hair fall again leaving the same condition.
so it is best to go for Homeopathic treatment which treats the root cause of the disease and gives you a permanent cure, and that too without any side effects.
if you want to see how Homeopathy can cure severe hair fall conditions have a look at this link

Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum.

Telogen effluvium is a common condition causing hair fall , if it is in only 6 months we cal it acute , if beyond it may become chronic as well.

Generally patients complain of severe hair fall over time and also hair loosing luster and getting less denser
The most common cause is stress, sudden change in life style, diet, and some systemic causes like thyroid , anemia, crash diet, medicines , etc

The good news is that , this condition recovers by itself and nothing much needs to be done , than removing the stress factors and eating healthy

It will be fine by 6 months of time, as hair is expected to grow in 3 to 6 months and the old hair will be shed later .

Go ahead with the tests, drink lot of water, avoid harmful chemicals on scalp, avoid lot of cosmetics , get checked for dandruff, eat health , you will note the changes with time

Good luck
