Is Tender Breast And Missed Period Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi, I got my periods on 7th March 2011, on 20th and 21st March i got light
bleeding same time we had sex also again 26th march i got some brown color
bleeding for one day it was little dry type. i had got some feeling like breast
tender, stomach bolting,missed period.I took urine test on 10th April 2011 but
it shows negative. I am not taking any medication to become pregnant .I have to
wait for one more week or i have to consult the doctor please advice.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
You seem to have irregular periods.
Irregular periods can be due pregnancy, hormonal disturbances, or due to local lesions in the cervix or vagina.
Tender and engorged breasts can be present in hormonal disturbances like hyperprolactemia, or can be present in premenstrual period or early pregnancy.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined internally to rule out any local lesions.
If negative, then you can repeat the urine pregnancy test after one week.
