Is Tendonitis, Hallux Valgus Deformity And Perineural Fibroma Due To The Accident?

I had a slip and fall. I hit my right inner leg about 2 inches from the ankel. I had 2 large lumps like small egg. 3 days after I had veins that had been discolored and purple and I started to have a difficult time walking.I went to the emergency and they took exrays found no broken bones and sent me home with cruches and to take motrin. My Podaitrist says that I have 3 foot conditions. 1. Perineural Fibroma. 2. Tendonitis. 3. Hallux Valgus Deformity, bilaterally Question did all these conditions are caused by my slip and fall accident?
