Is Terrible Headache Through Nasal Cavity And Tender Nose After Being Hit Normal?

I was bucked off my horse 8 days ago and landed on the right side of my face/head. I had a bloody nose that bled for about 5 hours and some facial and nose swelling that has subsided. The nose is still tender, but not bruised or swollen. However, I have this horrible headache that has not gone away for the past few days on the right side of my head behind the eye and kind of into the nasal cavity. I took Vicoden and that has not changed it. Should I get this checked?
