General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, Pain is normal after Vasectomy but it usually starts on the evening of the surgery. If there was no pain for first few days and then started on 4ht or 5th day after surgery, then it could be due to excessive movement or blood collection or rarely infection. I suggest you get it checked by your surgeon who can examine you and advice you the best.
I dont think there is anything to worry about but it would definitely be better to get it checked.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
