Is Tetanus Shot Required After Pricking The Heel With Rusty Pin?

I pricked the bottom of my foot with a rusty Bobby pin and it's very small and bled a little bit, I washed it and then put peroxide and rubbing alcohol on it and then put it in warm water with Epsom salt, I havent had a tetnis shot since I was 4 or 5 and I am 21, I also don't have insurance, will I be ok ?
