You have not given any details of the dermatitis ...is it itchy,any oozing from the lesion,discoloration,your age,what all cream you have used till now,any other associated symptoms etc.
There are no cosmetic surgeries which can work in case of dermatitis(if at all it is).Plz don't get mis-leaded by any false hopes made by anybody.
