Is The Absence Of Cramping Indicative Of Problems On Pregnancy?

I am 7 weeks pregnant and had an early scan last week which showed the baby s heart beating. I think I am just being paranoid but if the baby s heart was to stop would I know, would there be any bleeding.I don t really have any pregnancy symptoms apart from tiredness and sore breasts, this is my second pregnancy and had no symptoms with either, I had cramping up until last week but it has stopped now.

Hello
Thank You for contacting HCM.

I read ur query in detail
firstly tiredness and sore breasts are also the symptoms of pregnancy..its not necessary to have all the symptoms of pregnancy like vomiting and nausea ect and its not necessary to have same symptoms in each pregnancy...
Secondly as you are concerned about fetal heart beat ,for that u should go for regular checkups and ultrasounds and YES if there is bleeding or spotting then you should immediately visit your gynaecologist.
As per your concern I want to know some details like
1. is there any risk factor?? or
2. any history of abortion because in that case you must go for your regular checkups.

3. u should take folic acid for first 3months and then iron & calcium supplements for rest of ur pregnancy duration

4. take healthy and balanced diet.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow
up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us.
Wishing you good health.
