Hello and welcome to HCM,
The interpretation of the blood report is as follows:
1. The red blood cell counts, differential white blood cell counts are within normal limits.
2. The hemoglobin and hematocrit are below normal.
This suggests anemia.
There are many causes of anemia: nutritional deficiency, blood loss, increased destruction of red blood cells re some of the causes.
You need to get complete hemogram and peripheral blood smear examination to get more information about the cause of anemia.
The treatment of anemia can be planned after the results of the investigations.

Thanks and take care
