Dear sir i can understand your concern.
in my opinion you might be in the early stage of
diabetes.
blood sugar between 100-126 mg/dl is called as
impaired fasting glucose.
but i suggest you to check a test called Hba1c% for better analysis of the condition
Hba1c% greater than 6.5% is considered as diabetes.
i would like to tell you regarding diagnostic criteria of diabetes
he diagnosis of diabetes requires one of the following:
• A fasting glucose ≥ 126 mg/dL;
• A
hemoglobin A1c level ≥ 6.5%;
• A random glucose level > 200 mg/dL in a markedly symptomatic patient(symptoms like increased urination,thirst,
weight loss,
blurred vision and non healing ulcers.
in my opinion its advisable to do lifestyle changes this will prevent you going from pre diabetes towards diabetes
daily exercise for 45min and control diet.
meet a dietitian for better advice.
relax and enjoy your life
hope this explains
regards
