Hi! Welcome to HCM! Your hemogram report is normal only mild lymphocytosis is present with relative reduction of granulocytes.Acute viral infections are the most common cause of lymphocytosis followed by chronic intracellular bacterial infections such as tuberculosis .If you had some viral infection and it has subsided nothing to worry else presence of symptoms must be correlated and test repeated after a week. Nothing to worry.Take care!
