Is The Bump On Penis, Lightheadedness, Off Balance Severe Issues And Are They Inter Related?

I got a really small bump on the shaft part the bottom side of penis that touch ball sack. I m 19 and freaking out it doesn t hurt it s just like weird feeling from time to time I do masturbate a lot and sweat a lot down there do to sports and I itch just a little slightly. Plus I been on amoxicillin for about 20+ days for middle ear infection and sinus infection. Do you think the bump is something severe? What do you think the light headedness/ off balance is coming from ?

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
The bump on the shaft of the penis, might be a benign structure, may be a sebacius cyst etc.
The light headed ness, off balance, might be due to the sinusitis, causing internal ear infection, and vertigo.
The other reason might be the gastric irritation due to amoxycillin , and its side effects.
I advise you to consult your doctor for these symptoms.
