Is The Burnt Smell Of Water Is Toxic?

I boiled water this morning and hours later I started smelling this weird smell like the one of computer chips so I went to check out what it was to find out I had left the stove on, the water was long gone and the bad smell as coming
from the pot while it had build up stains on it. I wonder if this smell is toxic or dangerous if I smelled it during
30 to 45 minutes?

I have gone trough your query in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
No these fumes are not toxic. These fumes can create a problme only if you did not have any oxygen in your room. And that too these create problem only for a short period. Ones you are out of that period and are taking ion good air and dont have any problem, then it will not cause any problem to you in the future.
