Is The Chest Pain To Be Immediately Attended To?

My partner has COPD. Today she described a pain in her chest that was V-shaped, with the top of the V on either side of her neck and the point of the V terminating mid-sternum. She has RA and had four surgeries for spinal stenosis related to that 2.5 years ago. She is sedentary. Is the chest pain something I should address immediately?

HI
Well come to HCM
Chest pain is common symptom in COPD but this is may not be emergency and some time this come around even without the medicine, here the other history of spinal surgery and RA has nothing to do with this, here you have not mentioned the age of patient, COPD is not common in female, this may be questionable here, hope this information helps you.
