Is The Combination Of Duolin Once And Budecort Every 8 Hours Appropriate For COVID-19 With Slightly Low Oxygen Level?

Hello , I am 45 year old suffer from covid 19 last week . Doctor suggest me one time duolin and after 8 hours budecart 0.5 mg . Is this combination is good in covid 19 . my oxyzen level was drop to 80 and HRCT chest severity score was18/25 .please advice me accordingly .
