I have been diagnosed as having Acephalgic miraine, (or migraine without the head ache) is this condition chronic. As I have been in and out of hospital regularly. I often collapse and I am often collapsing and becoming unconscious. there is little warning whin it is about to happen. I have been spending many weeks in Hospital. The left side of my body is badly affected as I leave all feeling and speech on all occasions. I have very little time out off hospital. Can you assist is this a chronic condition as each time the attacks seem to be more severe.

see acephalgic migraine is a very rare category of migraine where there is no headache but aura and visual disturbances.... generally it recurs after some days or months and it can thus be said that it is a chronic condition... but it i not that severe and does not usually present with much severe symptoms as well as hospital admissions frequently...so there may be some associated condition...
i suggest you to see a NEUROLOGIST and follow his directions....
