Is The Discoloration Of Iris From Vitreous Detachment?
My mother has the beginning stages of vitreous detachment, now her eyes have become jaundice and her conjunctiva (although it looks like her iris) has not only had a white ring, but is now turning her coloration of her iris from brown to green? Is this from the vitreous detachment? She burned her retina with a cigarette about 10 years ago with possible chance of glaucoma, but her vision returned until now. Could this be related? Her vision is still alright other than near sighted effects, I guess from aging? She's 56. One more possible catalyst could be from her recent possible diagnosis of Lung cancer. No biopsy has been performed, but active contained cancer cells have been noted. They mentioned sarcoma? Any relation in any of these?
