Is The Following X-ray Report Normal?

hi, my x-ray result is i was suggest to undergo apicolordic view because of suspicious densities in my left upper lungs... heart and great vessels are within normal configuration, the rest of the lung field is clear. other chest structure is unremarkable..do i need to worried much? thank you.

welcome to hcm..suspicious densities in upper left lobe should be investigated..if picture not clear then you should undergo CT chest ..and blood tests as TLC DLC ESR and blood sugar etc...densities may be some pneuminia or tb
